Return/Exchange policy
1.Return Policy:
We provide members a 7-day trial period. If there is a required return, please apply in the order query section of my account center within 7 days including weekends. (Based on application time on the Internet including Saturdays and Sundays)
2.Refund Policy:
If you pay-by-door, we will refund the payment back to your online shopping account after 4 days when we receive the returned products. You can go to My Account center \ Account remaining balance to check for status. There is no expiration date for online account for AQUAGEN.
